Working with the administration team, the successful candidate will be self-motivated have a positive attitude, ability to work well as part of a team. Applicants require a flexible approach to work and be willing to provide cross cover to the wider Infection Prevention & Control Service. IT literacy and a robust experience of Microsoft office packages is essential along with a high degree of organisational and communication skills ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in their work. Previous experience in an administrative role including minute taking is essential. The post holder will often be required to work to tight timescales with minimal supervision and may have to manage competing priorities in a busy and unpredictable service environment. Experience of working with web pages would be desirable however training will be provided. **Please note: we anticipate a high level of interest in this position and may close the vacancy early once a sufficient amount of applications are received.
