Band 3 – Imperial college healthcare NHS Trust – Outpatient Health Care Assistant, Main Outpatient Department Charing Cross Hospital.

We are looking for enthusiastic multi-skilled team players to join our busy and varied outpatient services at Charing Cross Hospital. The 3 posts are full time.

The role involves supporting our professional Nursing team in carrying out clinical, administrative and phlebotomy duties to support the patients’ care pathway.

You will be required to have experience in interacting directly with patients, assisting them with an excellent customer care, communication and interpersonal skills.

Ideally, you will have experience working in healthcare within a Multidisciplinary Team.

Proficient Information Technology (IT) knowledge and Skills are essential for this post, to enable you to use the IT tools designed to effect a smooth journey for the patients while they are under our care, and enhance their experience in the department.
