What You’ll Do

Putting Children First

Working at the forefront of our children’s services teams, you’ll manage a range of cases from Child in Need and Child Protection through to working with Looked After Children. Using your experience, you’ll lead on these from start to finish, ensuring that the child’s voice is heard throughout.

Our Social Work Teams operate across Lincolnshire and we currently have a small number of vacancies in our Family Assessment and Support Teams in Lincoln, Louth, Horncastle and Gainsborough for Level 1 social workers. Please specify on your personal statement which post you are applying for.

What We’re Looking For

  • A professional, qualified social worker, registered with Social Work England
  • Someone who has completed the ASYE course
  • Knowledge of legislative frameworks and legal proceedings that govern children’s services
  • Exceptional communication skills and a passion for supporting children
