Clerical Officer

Please note this is a part time post and the salary for this position will be pro-rata.

22.5 hours , Wed/Thur/Fri, 8am to 4pm

As a Clerical Officer your role is to provide comprehensive Administrative and Clerical support to clinical and non-clinical staff in order to ensure the smooth running of the service.

The successful candidate must be educated to standard grade level or have experience in a similar role. With an understanding of a range of procedures and processes, and well developed interpersonal skills in customer care ensuring confidentiality, diplomacy and discretion are maintained at all times. You need to show excellent communication, organisational and planning skills and must be able to prioritise work and work on own initiative whilst under pressure. Proficient I.T. skills which include a working knowledge of Microsoft packages are essential.
