Client Development Manager – Based in Sussex, England

£23,000 – £25,000 annual basic + commission

Key Responsibilities for this Role

  • Planning and calling new prospects and developing new opportunities
  • Scheduling and attending meetings with decision-makers
  • Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries, ensuring customers receive quotes and orders are processed
  • Maintaining clear customer records on company CRM (Autotask) as well as providing accurate information to customers and colleagues
  • Listening to customer requirements, creating detailed proposal documents, and presenting appropriately to make ‘the sale’
  • Meeting or exceeding personal sales targets and driving both business growth and reputation
  • Working closely with various departments within the company to ensure the smooth delivery of projects and installations
  • Reporting directly to the Sales Director/Manager
  • Full product training, the Company will support you to learn and develop your knowledge of our Telecoms products and give you the confidence to provide customers with account management service and consultative sales processes
  • Deliver presentations online and face-to-face

Experience

  • Prior experience in B2B sales or account management would be advantageous, however if you have the ambition and drive to succeed then you would be a good fit for this role

The Benefits

Salary Range: £23,000 – £25,000 per annum Basic + Commission

Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30
