Primary and Community ServicesBorder General Hospital / Home BasedFixed Term for 6 monthsWe are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual for the role of Clinical Service Manager.
NHS Borders is facing a number of challenges in meeting our aspirations to deliver high quality healthcare for the people of the Borders and one of the areas we are focusing on is the delivery of the NHS Borders Flu and COVID-19 Vaccination Programmes.
We are looking for an experienced Manager who will have clinical oversight for national vaccination programmes across the NHS Borders area. The Clinical Service Manager needs to ensure that patient flow is optimised through the vaccination programmes and that patient safety and capacity are maintained.
Excellent communication skills and a strong approach to team working are vital for this role. You would be able to demonstrate a well-developed understanding of our core values and beliefs in order to deliver a an efficient service and a high standard of quality care.
You must be flexible and able to work in partnership across a wide geographical area.
You will have the skills and insight to think strategically, operate differently, and put plans in place to ensure our programmes can be delivered successfully.
