Locum Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and forward thinking Locum Consultant Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist (10 PAs) to join HPFT. This is an exciting opportunity to join the DBT Team who provide outstanding care to young people throughout Hertfordshire. HPFT is at the forefront of providing integrated health and social care. The Trust is one of only a handful of mental health trusts in the country to receive a CQC rating of ‘OUTSTANDING’. This post provides consultant psychiatry input to the DBT team. The team provides DBT to adolescents with emotional dysregulation difficulties and high risk behaviours. The team will delivers individual DBT, and group based work including input for parents. The consultant child and adolescent psychiatrist would be expected to provide support to the team, as well as providing psychiatric assessments, reviews and medication management.
