The successful candidate will provide advisory assistance on a range of corporate immigration issues such as UK Corporate immigration issues including: Tier 1 and Tier 2, sponsorship and compliance, visa applications, European free movement rights and applications, settlement and citizen applications, training on immigration compliance to clients and the prevention of illegal working.
To be considered for this unique and exciting position, applicants should be fully qualified Corporate Immigration Solicitors with at least 5 years’ PQE, gained from either a City Law firm or large regional firm. Demonstrating technical excellence and displaying strong client development skills, they must also possess sound judgement and strong interpersonal skills.
