Job Purpose
To plan, co-ordinate, publicise and deliver both physical and mental health provision programmes/projects within Western General Hospital to promote health and wellbeing in staff and signpost/refer on as appropriate. Ability to deliver short term interventions to support the mental health of staff. To contribute toward the health and wellbeing strategy for WGH and NHS Lothian.
