    • Duties and Responsibilities
    • UCL HR is a service driven function of approximately 130 HR professionals, working closely alongside our eleven academic faculties and our eight professional
    • services divisions to understand and collaborate on their priorities, opportunities and challenges.
    • We are looking for a HR Services administrator. Reporting to the HR Services Support Desk Team Leader, the HR Services Administrator will support an efficient and effective HR service delivery across the Support Desk.

The Main Duties And Responcibilities Of The Role Are

    • Provide support to our employees on a diverse variety of HR/ Payroll queries and requests
    • Respond to all email and telephone queries within agreed SLAs, esculating complex quries to the HR Advisors.
    • Build excellent operational working relationships with stakeholders and colleagues, in order to ensure everyone receives excellent service delivery within the HR Services published service standards
    • Key Requirements

Applicants Will Need

    • GCSE (A-C) English and Maths or equivalent or have equivalent skills acquired in the workplace.
    • Commitment to maintain and keep up to date with changes in legislation and procedures relating to the role.
    • Proven experience of managing own workload through effective prioritising, time management, organisational skills, and able to both motivate oneself and colleagues
