Improvement Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious individual to join our team in a band 8a Improvement Manager role.

We are committed to delivering an ambitious Financial Recovery Programme and require appropriately skilled and qualified project management resource to support the divisional teams to drive this forward within the Trust.

Alongside this, your role as Improvement Manager will be key to driving the required transformational changes through the organisation to ensure that we deliver our required pathway, productivity and efficiency improvements.

Your role will bring you into contact with a wide variety of departments both within the Trust and externally.

For internal applicants, a fixed-term or secondment opportunity is possible for the right candidate. We are happy to discuss this at interview.
