We’re looking for a leadership and organisational development manager to join our expanding learning and development team. We’re growing our team and the work we’re doing and it’s a really exciting time to be part of our organisation. We are looking for a leadership and OD manager to support our existing Developing Leaders programme and to help us develop more learning and development opportunities for all of our staff – including helping our teams across our trust to be at their best.
We’re also working in partnership with our Dudley Improvement Practice team and Operational Human Resources to provide a team approach to learning and development at Dudley.
Ideally, you would have experience of developing and facilitating programmes – this might be through formal programmes, classroom teaching or through supervision and mentoring – and have the confidence to deliver to a range of people in lots of different roles. You’ll be able to show us that you’re an effective communicator and can plan and organise training events. You will be experienced at solving tricky issues and get to practical solutions as sometimes things don’t go to plan. If you have experience of developing e-learning and using virtual platforms or other ways of learning that would be even better – however, we’re really interested in your skills in developing people and learning new ways to support others.
