Personal Assistant

An exciting secondment opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator, who is highly motivated to join our fast paced Division. This key role will provide high quality, comprehensive administrative support to the senior management as required.

The post will be challenging and varied and includes extensive diary management, co-ordination of meetings, drafting of agendas, minute taking, creating and maintaining data spreadsheets. In addition, the post holder will be responsible for the management of the Divisional Administration Assistant.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and good telephone manner and be able to deal effectively with people of all grades and professions, previous NHS experience, extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, strong initiative and the ability to effectively prioritise their workload.

This will be a 12 month secondment.

Nurses, paramedics and medical radiographers are currently exempt from the salary threshold.
