As a personal secretarty your role is to provide an effective, efficient and comprehensive service to the Senior Manager incorporating a range of secretarial and administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the office.

The successful candiadet must be a self-motivated person with excellent communication and organisational skills with experience in a secretarial position Or equivalent relevant qualifications (HNC/SVQ in secretarial studies) and some secretarial experience.

You must have Good knowledge of Microsoft packages and accurate keyboard skills and excellent time management skills, qith the ability to liaise with staff at all levels while work under pressure.
