    We are looking for highly motivated, innovated and enthusiastic individual.

    As an innovative Pharmacy Department continually expanding our services we are looking to expand our qualified pharmacy technician workforce further. Joining our team of 50+ Technicians we need individuals who are eager to learn new roles and to support future developments

    We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills, ideally with an ACPT qualification or be willing to work towards. We welcome applications from individuals with excellent communications skills, a patient-centered attitude, the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, and who have the motivation to strive for continued improvement

    Applicants should possess NVQ level 3 or equivalent, a BTEC national certificate, be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council and have a minimum of 2 years current hospital experience.

    The post is currently based on a 37.5 hour week with late nights and weekend/Bank Holiday duties on a rota basis.

    Due to changes to the Tier 2 (general) immigration route effective on 1st April 2017, we can now only offer sponsorship to experienced workers, aged 25 and over, if the commencing salary being offered is £30,000+. For new entrants, which is a person under the age of 25, a student switching from Tier 4 to Tier 2 of the immigration system or a new graduate recruit, the minimum salary threshold remains at £20,800. Nurses, paramedics and medical radiographers are currently exempt from the salary threshold.
