(inclusive of London allowance) £29,089 – £34,090 per annum Duties and Responsibilities The London Centre for Leadership in Learning is an established and distinctive centre within the IOE’s Department of Learning and Leadership. LCLL has around 50 staff and is the largest education leadership centre in the UK. It aims to be the first port of call for educational leadership and innovation in the UK and, increasingly, the world. We are seeking to recruit a Programme Administrator. The post will provide comprehensive and high-quality administration for LCLL leadership programmes. LCLL leadership programmes are delivered at the UCL Institute of Education or on-site for schools, groups of schools, local authorities and multi-academy trusts. Our offer includes the National professional Qualifications (NPQ’s) for mid to senior school leaders, those aspiring to headship and executive headship, the LCLL core programmes and events and our bespoke leadership programmes. The successful candidate will work within the LCLL professional services team to provide a high-quality administrative service to participants, facilitators and partners working in close collaboration with the LCLL Leadership Programme Coordinator, Programme Leaders and professional colleagues from schools. This post is initially funded until 31st August 2022 in the first instance. Key Requirements The successful candidate will have excellent administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to exercise initiative and prioritise under pressure to meet deadlines. You will be proactive in your work, with the ability to work proactively in a team, both as a team member and in line managing colleagues, motivating and inspiring them to achieve team and personal goals.
