Duties and Responsibilities
The UCL School of Managements team of Receptionist and Facilities Administrators (evening or weekend) will provide both a reception and facilities management service at Level 38 and Level 50 of 1 Canada Square and administrative support to School staff. In addition to ensuring a professional and welcoming front of house service to students, staff and visitors, they will be responsible for managing facilities issues, monitoring room bookings and assisting the Executive Assistants and logistical support for events.
The evening role will require the post holder to work from 6pm to 10pm Monday-Friday. Times may vary due to COVID-19.
Key Requirements
The post holder must have good general education to at least A-level standard or equivalent professional experience. In addition, the post holders will be expected to have good interpersonal skills which enable them to communicate tactfully and sensitively with others, both orally and in writing. Proven consistent ability to meet tight individual and group deadlines and manage ones own workload through effective prioritising, time management and organisational skills.
