Occupational Therapist
As a Senior Occupational therapy Clinical Suppoort worker you will be Under the supervision, guidance and support of an Occupational Therapist, and assist with the delivery and implementation of occupational therapy treatment programmes as well as Supervising and instructing patients in designated clinical interventions.
Duties may vary depending on the care group / department or assigned area of work.
The Sucessful candidate must have an SVQ III in healthcare, or working towards, or equivalent experience working within a caring environment/role. and show evidence of actively participating in the Personal Development Plan process to fulfil the requirements of continuing professional development.
You will require Ability to work with people and as part of a multidisciplinary/agency team and the ability to carry out assigned patient care tasks effectively within a busy environment, at times working unsupervised.
Effective written and verbal communication skills and a working knowledge of basic information technology are essential as is a full Uk Driving licence
