Working with the Societies and Media Manager, you will develop processes, procedures and guidance to support student groups through the events management cycle, building strong relationships with student groups and UCL stakeholders. You will develop and deliver high quality training and seek out development opportunities to upskill society committees as well as being at the forefront of delivering a number of large scale collaborative events throughout the year; maximising impact and showcasing the talent of our membership.Duration of this post is to start in January 2021 for one year in the first instance.Key RequirementsThe successful candidate must have experience of University Club and society administration and experience of developing and delivering training and mentoring programmes. The Societies and Media Coordinator (Events) must also have the ability to coach and empower student leaders to deliver high quality, innovative and impactful events and be an effective verbal communicator who is able to adapt their style based on the audience including delivery of training sessions.Further DetailsThe full job description and person specification is below.
