An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join the Workforce & OD team at NHS Wales Informatics Service.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator who can demonstrate patience and understanding both face to face and on the telephone. They will have knowledge of administrative processes such as scheduling meetings, minute taking; organising internal and external training courses and work experience placements.
The ideal applicant will have excellent communication and people skills, be competent in the use of standard computer software; Microsoft Office and be able to work flexibly in what can be a very busy department.
The post holder must be able to organise their own workload efficiently using initiative where appropriate and have the ability to prioritise work and to respond appropriately
A good standard of GCSE Maths and English is also required.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
